A driver in Adair County, Kentucky sustained massive injuries and was tragically killed when his tanker truck was struck nearly head on by an oversized Roger's trucking semi-tractor trailer. Investigation revealed that the trailer being pulled by Roger's trucking was too wide for the road, and in fact such sized trailers are prohibited from traveling on this particular road.

This accident resulted in a needless death. If only the trucking company had followed the road regulation, this collision could have been avoided all together, and a life would have been saved.
