TONI GIFFEL
Toni Giffel is one of the litigation paralegals at Tabor Law Firm where she assists the firm’s attorneys with an array of issues, including personal injury litigation, wrongful death litigation, product liability litigation, premise liability litigation, and medical malpractice.
Toni has been working with the partners at Tabor Law Firm as a litigation paralegal since 2009. Her responsibilities include extensive medical chronologies, preparation of discovery requests, and assisting with all phases of trials. Toni’s work covers multiple aspects of trial preparation, including deposition work with doctors and lay witnesses, trial attendance, and preliminary examination of witnesses and jurors. She has often been referred to as the attorney’s right arm.
Originally from Louisiana, Toni attended Louisiana State University and received a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Purdue University, Indiana.
