Says Shannon, “I love being able to help our clients through a difficult time. If you have never been involved in an accident, you do not know what to expect. You need someone to lean on and help hold your hand through the process. It is heartening to see a case come to conclusion and how you helped make that person’s difficult situation just a little bit lighter.”
