Retail stores failure to clear its’ aisles from danger results in serious injury to a woman
Our client's personal injury claim involves a needless and preventable fall that occurred on January 13, 2012 at Defendant's Family Dollar retail store in Indianapolis, Indiana. Prior to the accident, water had accumulated in the aisles of the store. While shopping, our client slipped and fell in water and suffered severe injuries.
