Louis Doty was killed while travelling eastbound on US 30 in Kosciusko County, Indiana on September 28, 2017. The impact and subsequent death were due to the negligent acts and omissions of Evgeni Zhogonov while in the course and scope of his employment with Spider Logistics and BJT Express. The coroner has ruled that the cause of Louis’s death was multiple blunt force injuries due to this motor vehicle crash.
