Wagahoff, Charlene – Personal Injury
Charlene Wagahoff was having lunch with two friends at Arby’s Restaurant on July 29, 2016, when suddenly, a Chevrolet Trail Blazer crashed into the restaurant after being struck by a U-Haul vehicle. The violent force of the impact threw Charlene across the floor. According to the Indiana Officer’s Standard Crash Report, the primary cause of the collision was placed on Joshua White, the driver of the U-Haul, for failure to yield. Johsua White was in the course and scope of his employment with Scottee/Carriage Cleaners, Inc. at the time of the collision. Charlene suffered a fractured left hip which required surgical repair with hardware placement. She also sustained injury to her left elbow.
