Arielle Bowling
Arielle joined Tabor Law Firm after more than a decade working within Indiana’s court system. Much of her career has focused on supporting multidisciplinary teams working to improve outcomes for children and families affected by substance use and involved in the child welfare system. Before joining Tabor, she spent six years providing training and technical assistance to courts and multidisciplinary teams across the country, working alongside judges, attorneys, child welfare professionals, treatment providers, and other family-serving system partners. Prior to that, Arielle served as the Coordinator of the Grant County Family Recovery Court and as an Adult Probation Officer.
Arielle enjoys digging into the details, organizing complex information, and finding practical ways to make things work better. She is drawn to improving processes and creating a little order when things get complicated, while never losing sight of the people involved. At Tabor Law Firm, she brings that same practical, people-centered approach to personal injury litigation while supporting the firm’s attorneys and clients throughout the legal process.
Arielle is also pursuing her Juris Doctor at Purdue Global Law School, where she is expected to graduate in 2029. Her decision to attend law school grew from years of working alongside attorneys and within the court system, and she is excited to continue building her legal skills through her work at Tabor. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Ball State University, with minors in Spanish and Sociology.
Outside of work and law school, Arielle enjoys spending time with her husband, Wes, and their dogs. When she manages to catch a reprieve from law school, you can usually find her traveling, relaxing by the pool, listening to an audiobook, or spending time with family and friends.
