Andrew Winzenread Scholarship
Indiana State Police Alliance Partnership
Established by Cindy Winzenread, the wife of Trooper Andy Winzenread, along with Roy Tabor, the Andrew P. Winzenread Scholarship Fund aims to encourage academic excellence by awarding scholarships to graduating high school seniors who are the children of Indiana State Police Officers. The scholarship was founded to honor Andy Winzenread following his tragic death in the line of duty. The scholarship is funded by contributions from both Cindy Winzenread and Roy Tabor.
The Gary Dudley Memorial Scholarship
After the tragic death of her husband, Gary Dudley, Carolyn Dudley partnered with Roy Tabor of Tabor Law Firm to create the Gary Dudley Memorial Scholarship Fund, Inc. The fund awards scholarships to children of Indiana law enforcement officers who have fallen in the line of duty. Scholarship recipients receive funds for the purpose of pursuing a college education or continued education at other post-secondary educational institutions.
