Dan Foote has nearly twenty years of experience in the legal arena and has served as a practicing lawyer in Indiana for sixteen years.

In 2012, Dan proudly joined the Tabor Law Firm. He gained experience early in his career at one of Indiana's largest law firms including years of experience representing individuals and families in a broad range of legal matters. He has also served as a hearing judge, presiding over hundreds of administrative trials.

Throughout his legal career Dan has served his fellow lawyers as a lecturer, most notably as a faculty member of the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum. In his spare time, he provides pro bono legal service to nonprofit organizations and has served on a number of charitable boards. Each year, Dan serves as a translator on a medical service trip, assisting a group of U.S.-based orthopedic surgeons and nurses in performing joint replacement surgeries in Nicaragua and Guatemala.

Dan graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington with a degree in Political Science, a Certificate in Latin American Studies and a minor in Spanish. He was also a member of the Mortar Board Senior Honor Society, which recognizes a select number of students for scholarship, leadership and service.

Dan graduated with honors from the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis. As part of his legal studies, he spent time in Guanajuato, Mexico.
