Overly Tired Drivers and Automobile Accidents
The Tabor Law Firm concentrates on representing victims of life changing automobile, trucking and motorcycle accidents. An AAA study released in 2008 showed that more than sixteen percent of automobile accidents resulting in wrongful deaths, were caused by overly tired drivers. The study also found that 1 in 8 car accidents where someone went to the hospital involved a drowsy driver. read more »

OSHA Releases New Crane Standards
In November, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) released new standards addressing the use of cranes and derricks in construction. The significant number of fatalities associated with the use of cranes in construction and technological advances in equipment, led the Department of Labor to undertake this rule-making. read more »
