Jeffrey Tabor
Managing PartnerJeff was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana where he attended and graduated from William Henry Harrison High School. In 1986, he graduated from Indiana University, receiving his degree in Communications and Marketing. In 1989, after working as a law clerk and investigator for Tabor, Fels, & Tabor, Jeff graduated from Indiana University School of Law. Jeff immediately began developing his practice by representing individuals, not insurance companies, who had been injured or lost a loved one through no fault of their own.
For well over 20 years, Jeff’s practice has focused exclusively on representing individuals or families who have been seriously injured or lost loved ones due to the carelessness and negligence of others. During his professional career, Jeff has represented thousands of injured victims and/or families due to motor vehicle collisions, semi-tractor trailer collisions, slip, trip and fall occurrences, and construction site fatalities.
Additionally, Jeff has tried several cases to juries receiving verdicts that far exceeded pretrial settlement offers and insurance coverage. He has also resolved several cases involving multi-million dollar recoveries for individuals, as well as families, who have been victims of someone else’s negligence.
“My entire career has been devoted to helping people who don’t know where to turn when they have been injured or lost a friend or a member of their family. An experienced lawyer, who exclusively handles serious injury and wrongful death cases, does make a difference.”
Jeff is a proud member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America. As a result of his hard work and dedication to the practice of law, Jeff’s peers have rated him as a preeminent lawyer with the highest standard of professional ethics, by bestowing upon him a Martindale-Hubble AV-Rating of lawyers.
Jeff has also been active in the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, where he has served as a frequent lecturer and author on current issues and new developments in personal injury/insurance litigation, including how-to handle uninsured and underinsured motorist cases.
He and his wife, Karen, reside in Fishers Indiana with their two sons, Luke and Sam, both of whom attend St Louis de Montfort Catholic School.
When not working, Jeff enjoys reading, golfing, fishing and time with his family and friends. He’s also active in his son’s Boy Scouts of America troop, and coaches their baseball team as well.
Jeff has helped hundreds of victims of vehicular accidents, construction site accidents, and injured persons for more than 20 years. When a life changing injury occurs, prospective clients and attorneys across the state seek his advice to successfully represent personal injury and wrongful death victims. If you or a loved one have been injured, Jeff stands ready to help you seek justice for your case.
